Lisa is a connector and placemaker with a passion for creating opportunities at the intersection of real estate and local business. As an economic development and real estate professional, she helps developers and investors create thriving commercial districts and neighborhoods by leveraging her nearly 20 years of combined experience in commercial real estate, project management, local businesses, and government.
Prior to joining Common Ground, she served as Executive Director of a nonprofit small business incubator and real estate brokerage, and also worked for the City of San Francisco in the Office of Economic Development transforming an under-performing commercial corridor into a thriving retail, restaurant and nightlife destination. Lisa provides guidance and leadership around thinking holistically about:

► what business is the best fit and most likely to succeed in the long-term
► how to bring life and vitality to a neighborhood.
Lisa serves on the Board of the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition’s (501c4), advocating for housing and development in the greater Bay Area, as well as on the Board of Directors of the Alamo Square Neighborhood Association. She is a member of CREW, the national organization of Commercial Real Estate Women.
Lisa graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelors of Arts degree, and is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate.
